Cover garments

This is a discussion on Cover garments within the Related Gear & Equipment forums, part of the Defensive Carry Discussions category; Ive just started wearing the Columbia PFG shirts and they work great. Lots of pockets, vented, SPF protection and its doesn't scream tactical. http://www.columbia.com/Performance-Fishing.aspx...

I have several of these shirts and really like them. They are very light weight and can print easily if they are not big enough. Get them about 2 sizes bigger so they hang straight in the back (over the gun) and they will work great.

I bought several from JC Penneys in the spring. I'm a BIG guy and Penneys has a great Big & Tall section for anyone in need of such thing.

If you dress more like a construction worker jeans or work type pants, and work shirt. You can then get away with a vest like http://www.carhartt.com/webapp/wcs/s...tegoryId=10930.

I have one, and with a short or long sleeve depending on temp. With IWB it covers everything, and comfortable.

I usually carry in a Milt Sparks VersaMax-II IWB holster so I can conceal my P-220R easily under a loose fitting t-shirt.

I have used a zippered sweat shirt, jackets and coats, flannel shirts, a vest, a Hawaiian shirt... it's really up to where you carry and your wardrobe!
