Every other place I have looked has been cheaper. I would look at Ebay or Cheaperthandirt.com

This model was just released in the last week or so. It will take some time (weeks to months) for it get into distribution. If you want it now, you are stuck with the factory price.

Any time a manufacturer distributes products but also sells the same products themselves, the agreements they make with their distributors usually protects the distributors from a pricing standpoint. Otherwise, no one would distribute the manufacturers products if they can't "compete" with the manufacturer.

Long story short, it should be easy to find a lower price other than the actual manufacturer.

    Cool

Be carefull when using a laser grip style. If you are right handed you will OK, if you are left handed you will not be able to adjust it far enough to the left to zero it. I found out the hard way, I bought a S&W J-Frame with the CT grip (factory installed) and could not adjust it.

CT finally admitted to me on the phone that there grips are not for left handers, it is something they do not advertise or like to admit to they told me.

I bought a LaserMax Uni for my S&W M&P 40 (mounts on the rail) and I really like it.

I've got the hard polymer grips on my K-frame and had no problems dialing in lefty.
