I've looked at dozens of catalogs and sites and can't seem to find the Model 642, 5 shot speed loaders anywhere. I've not even seen any speed strips anywhere yet, and can't figure out what I'm doing wrong here. I'll admit I'm a techie illiterate and am a huge web newbie. Any info you all can throw this way will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I like the Safariland speed loaders. Brownells carries them, and the speed strips are available from Midway, as well as several others. Do a google search for bianchi speed strips and you'll find 'em.
COMP I SPEEDLOADER at Brownells.

MidwayUSA - Safariland COMP-1 Speedloader Charter Arms, S&W 5-Shot 38 Special
MidwayUSA - Bianchi 580 Speed Strips 38 Special and 357 Magnum Package of 2
Most gun shops I've been in carry the HKS speedloaders for J-frame. Personally I like Safariland's better.
