So the other weekend my flashlight went dead while using it. I emailed Surefire and asked them what the problem could be. They emailed me back and asked me to send them my mailing address and said they would send me a new bulb assembly! I was figuring they'd tell me it was the bulb and then I'd buy a new one. Those things cost $17(e2d), so that’s pretty nice they are sending me one for free. I had heard they had excellent customer service and this just goes to prove it.
Yes, they are expensive, but I'm expecting a lifetime of use out of mine. And with customer service like that, my light should be able to make the trip.
