That would hurt if I were to lose that. I currently have a Fisher Space pen I've carried for about 4 years. It doesn't break glass but my M.O.D Mark II knife does.

Something I've noticed over the years...I don't lose expensive things. I can't keep a cheap pen in my pocket, I leave it laying on the bar. Cheap sunglasses...gone. But I've got a Mont Blanc pen that I've carried for over twenty years. And my Oakleys...never leave my head. The reason why is you've got something worth taking care of.

After reading that thread, Grant won't be getting any of my business! He never even responded to explain the situation. Bad practices on the internet will cost you tons.

Kind of hard to explain my side, when I never even saw the thread (sorry). I told the guy to send the flashlight back a LOOOONG time ago. He never shipped it back.

I like how people AUTOMATICALLY assume the worst about people.

The anodized HA and black look VERY similar in the lighting in our shop so the mistake was easy to make. Let us also NOT forget that the guy got the flashlight at MY COST!

Kind of hard to complain when you are getting a high end SF light at dealer cost now isn't it.

    You don't get it.

Personally, I don't care how good of a deal it was. If someone sent me an item that is not what I ordered I expect them to make it right, pay the return shipping and not make any excuses.

I never understand why some people don't just bight the bullet and do the right thing.

Instead of telling the guy, " Your right, my fault, I am sending out a call tag, I will make it right, thanks for being my customer" which will get you a ton of praise and future orders, you are trying to down play the situation, blaming the customer etc........

Actually, I do not think you get it. I told him to send it back months ago.

Is it true that you wouldn't pay return shipping and/or wanted to charge a restocking fee when it was your mistake?
