    I have never tried it myself, but this would seem to meet your requirements.

    And for just the cuffs I think one of these would work.

    Pocket Handcuff Case

    I have a Mika pocket holster for my snub and love it, I assume his cuff case would work just as well.

    That must be a recent addition

    I have not ordered for them for about a year or so and I never paid that for shipping.

    So if you know of holders that we be good for concealed carry I would appreciate it.
    A call or email to several of the holster and leather crafters linked from this forum could be of use. Many of them can custom build an OWB pouch(s) and/or pocket poutchs for your various items. Most likely all they would need are the specific sizes and an idea of what you need (example: an OWB combination magizine, cuff's, and baton carrier) and they could get started on it.

    jmacdonald's list of links is a great start for already manufactured items as well.
