Okay one more post and I'll get back to work, I promise!

I'm considering a 9mm conversion barrel for my XD40 Service(s). I want an extended barrel that will protrude from the slide. There is no ballistic reason, but rather I want to idiot proof it from myself so I can go "Duh the conversion barrel is in there..." when it doesn't fit into my holster, etc. I don't want to CCW it that way.

It sounds good but a lot of things sound good. At the price I'm reasonably sure I'm not automatically buying a piece of junk (a good barrel probably should cost that much).

This is for no serious use. Honestly. The worst I might do with it is try to shoot a course or a class with it just to save a little bit on ammunition costs. Although I wish someone made 33 round magazines for the XD like they do for the Glock. That'd just be too much.

Efk should be all right but check KKm and see if they make a conversion there supposed to be the better one amoung the glocks

Yes, they are everything they say they are.
I have one in (.45 acp) my Combat Commander right now.
What Can I Say: It's a superior match grade barrel.
Mine is not extended or ported.
The bore is BEAUTIFUL.
It's every bit as good as Bar~Sto.

Well never mind doesnt seem KKM makes one for the XD yet but ya might want to call and ask there usually about 20$ more than the efk
