OK guys I need to buy some 1911 Mag pouches.
Tell me the best place to come up with them. I don't really want to wait several months to have them custom made.

I'm totally digging my carrier from HBE, he can probably get you your gear in less than a month. I also like Galco's DMC, and some DeSantis stuff that I have if you want the gear in a more timely manner. I've never ordered from Galco or DeSantis directly, I've always bought off the shelf with them for mag carriers.
The best mag pouches I've had are from Galco, and I don't buy much from Galco...one single and one double for my 1911 mags.

Got to agree with JD, HBE is very fast, well made and reasonably priced.

Hello All,
My EDC is usually a Kimber Pro Raptor II and I've found a quick
search on Ebay produces several Leatherman 200 Supertool sheaths
for very little $. They fit a full size mag perfectly. An added benny is
the ability to be stealthy even if open carried. ( Leatherman name...
no one even gives it a second look) I prefer the leather ones but the
ballistic nylon ones fit too.

Check out lightning arms for Milt Sparks stuff. I got the carrier and a VM2 in a week. I have a 2-3 year old carrier on that looks like new. I have another IWB double that is 10+ years old and still does the job.
I've got a Milt Sparks S-4C for my GLock and a Del Fatti SMP for my 1911 (both are single mag pouches). I ordered both from Craig and Audrey at Lightning Arms and each order arrived withing two days of placing my order. It costs a little more than ordering direct from the maker but the speed of delivery more than makes up for that. They're good people to deal with, always friendly and helpful.

Most of the time I use a pocket carrier that I got from Rock. The rest of the time I use this double mag carrier with snapflaps. I think the mark is Sidekick. I got it from the bargain bin at a gun shop.
The preceding post may contain sarcasm; it's just better that way. However, it is still intended with construction and with the Love of my L-rd Y'shua.

My favorite is Brommeland's double mag pouch. Very comfortable and draws beautifully. Check with Coal Creek for availability.

Treat me good, I'll treat you better. Treat me bad, I'll treat you worse.
I agree, I've got one of Gary's double pouches myself. Very comfortable and pulls the mags in close for easy concealment.
