Let's see a picture of the dog that guards your family.

In the thread about the dog that stopped a rape, several people started posting pictures of their dogs. I know there has been an animal thread, but how about a thread devoted entirely to the dog that guards your family. I posted it in related gear because, well, it kinda sorta is.

    The Belgian Malinois conspiracy:

Zane on the left, Sabrina on the right.

Zane is our rescue dog. When we got him, he was that size, but weighed 30 pounds:

He's completely flourished with some care and love and guidance.

Nice looking dogs everyone!! We have beagles at our back door. They bark if anyone is in the driveway.

    Jojo.........

"guards" might be a bit of an over-statement though......

The late, great Adam. Another may one day take his place in our home, but never in our hearts. He guarded "his" house with ferocious jealousy. He's now interred in the back yard where he loved to chase the squirrels.

Here is mine. He's completely loveable and playful, but come to the front door and the sounds he can make will even scare us sometimes. We live on a second floor condo, and the other day we had the door open with a gate blocking it. He started going crazy, I look out the front door and see the mailman stopped halfway down the steps. Can you come down and get this package please.
