    Where to get Rechargeable batteries?

Where is the best place to get rechargeable CR123a batteries or the AA rechargeable batteries. I'm looking at the Smartcore PD system. If I can locate some good RCR123a batteries i would get the E10 since I have 2 Surefire 6p's.

I found these, will they work for the D10? http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...&s=electronics

    Thanks.

For the past 8yrs, I have had exceptional luck with the Maha PowerEx batteries, available from Thomas Distributing. They last a very long time, allow hundreds of recharges. Good, reliable power. Have used primarily the AA flavor, up to 2500mAh. Buying them in blocks of 8ea, they're an exceptional value. You can also find RCR-123a LiION rechargeables there, too.

The best RCR123s on the market right now are made by AW. They are protected cells of the exact right size (most RCR123 cells are too large), and are designed for high current discharge. You should be aware that rechargable lithium batteries have a nominal voltage of 3.7v, and can damage lights not designed for the increased voltage.

There is only one stocking dealer in the US for these cells, and that is 4Sevens, of the Fenix-Store. He charges a little more for them, but you don't have to wait for shipping from HK.

Since you're looking at the Nitecore lights, you can order the AW batteries, a charger, and the light all from 4Sevens.

I used to use Powerex AA's (they're great) but switched to Enloops (also great) and have finally settled on Sony rechargeables because they last much much longer in my external flash (for my DSLR). I would take the Powerex batteries over the Enloops for capacity, but they required more maintenance.
