    luvmy 5.11 Covert Khakis

I just got a pair of 5.11's Covert Kahkis. I picked them up from LA Police gear when the where on clearance for $29.99. The sale is over and they are now $39.99. I will be getting at least one more pair.

The front pockets have a zippered inner pocket with room for a full size Semi Auto pistol and pouches for 2 spare mags.

There are zippered "covert" pockets on the thighs with room for a small light, knife or magazine.

Here are some pics with various weapons in place.

    Full size 1911(right pocket)with spare mag(left pocket)

M&P 45 compact with spare mag

    KelTec p32 with spare mag

While the 45s don't completely disappear,The KelTec is invisible.
The larger frames fit perfectly and the pocket is shaped to keep them in the right position for the draw. You can tell that there is something large in the pocket but the pistol's outline is not printed. You or I would probably say "That's a gun in his pocket" but Joe Sheeple won't notice.

I don't think that I would ever carry my 1911 in these because the safety could possible become disengaged.
I would definitely carry my M&P45c this way. I have carried the Pea Shooter all day twice now.

All in All these have exceeded my expectations for comfort style and utility. I just wish that were American made.

I got a couple of them. The zipper pockets are very handy. I wouldn't pocket carry anything but a snubby in them, but I can sort of pocket carry a Glock 27.

Overall they are well made and clean well. The little zippers have to be treated with a bit of care while ironing.

How big are the rear pockets? Could you pocket carry a PM9 in the rear pocket?

I have a pair in Navy on order. I'll wear them when I want to be armed but hidden deep If they are as comfortable as my other 511's I'e be very happy.

I bought one on sale, then sent for two more pairs after I bought one pair. I like the way they are constructed-heavy-with heavy pockets and solid but stretchy waistband. No belt loop at 3 or 9 o'clock, which is good or bad depending on your carry holster. Roomy fit is nice. I've been using the pockets for cell phones.
They are probably too heavy for Texas heat summer wear, but summer feels like a long way away right now. I can have them pressed and maybe even wear them under a blazer for work-they look like normal khakis.
I didn't see any navy ones, just three shades of khaki, or I would have bought them too.

The keltec is invisible in shorts. Jean shorts at that. Ya dont need these types of pants for that IMO.

    They are cool pants though.
