I hired a safe mover to do the job. He's moving it over Saturday afternoon. :)

Good deal how much did they get ya for?
$175.
Pick-up at the current location into my desired location at my home. He's the delivery guy for a safe company in the Dallas area...I'm sure he'll do it right.

Heh heh, if I'd gotten that deal the safe would've been free ... but he'd want $1200 for the combination.![]()
just got done moving my American securities safe W/2 other guys it took us about 2 hrs. it weighs about 600lbs. the weight isn't the problem its that the thing is so damn bulky and akward.
I have a Am.Sec. safe and I love it. non-fire rated.
I'm going out on a limb here, but does anyone have a clue how much this safe will weigh?
The dimensions are 60"x 22"x 16"
The model is not listed anywhere on American Security' website. It is fire-rated.
