    So what am I not carrying that I should be?

    Typically when I leave the house I have the following items on me somewhere:

    -Sig P239 or G26
    -extra magazine
    -pocket knife
    -cell phone
    -flashlight

    So what are some things you guys also carry around? For some reason, I feel like I could add some other piece of equipment. Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

    to me sounds like you are good to go, unless you wanna add in some OC spray. I don't want to be walking around like I'm going into battle, although I do want to be prepared. You carry what I do, I might add some OC spray to my list, mainly for just when I can't carry.

    Pen;
    Small Paper notepad;
    Permit or License to Carry Concealed;
    Wallet with DL; and keys

    The last three I'm just teasing you. The pen and paper is my style of "Paper Brain" to make notes, record facts, etc.

    A badge... All the cool ccw people do it. :p

    Either know how to use your cell phone for note taking, or get a notepad as Rock and Glock mentioned.

    Yup, I always have a small Moleskine notebook and my trusty Parker Jotter on me (I'm addicted to Moleskine notebooks and Parker pens ).

    A pen, I like using my own pen to sign the credit slips. I also always have a marker, but its for work so prolly no need for it. Multi-tool would be the only other thing.

    I always carry a (normal, not tactical) metal pen. I write a lot so I always need it, and it can double as a yawara stick.

    Pen, paper, multitool. You pretty much have the rest covered.

    Lighter. Might be overkill, might be the difference depending on your travels.
