I have two and just love them. One under the bed with an Auto for me and a S&W 38 for the wife and one on the fridge with my every day carry guns. Good luck,

First they can waste time trying to rip off the vault thats bolted down with (4) 1/4" bolts because the only thing they will get is time spent and 2 boxes of ammo (if they get it off or carry out the whole nightstand). The purpose of it on the nightstand is solely for when I'm sleeping (due to kids). Every waking minute the gun is on me (excluding some moments unmentioned )

I like the V-Line safe. Quick and easy to open, NEVER needs batteries or power, and no key needed.
It's available at Cabela's and other places too.
