Is it a sling or suspenders to hold up the load bearing trousers?

I was thinking that, quite possibly the Spec-Ops suspenders, but thought it might be a sling.

That really looks like a pair of the Spec-Ops suspenders to me.

Kind of off topic, but has anyone ever used them? I saw a picture of them right after I got back from Iraq and thought they would have been nice.

These almost look like side-clip suspenders. Duluth trading sells them, and they really do work well.
