I don't know much about 1911's but aren't those the older Colt mags that came from the factory 2-tone? I've read that they are somewhat rare and collectable.
Yes the old Colt mags are two tone, but they don't have nice square lines that divide the two tone. Looks like this guy taped and painted the top half of that mag.
Even the old Colt mags with the lanyard loop on them aren't $60
I'd only pay $60 for used mag if it came out John Moses Browning's butt.
Would the certificate of authenticity be written on TP?
