In June of 2005 I bought a leather wallet at the Guinness brewery for a little under 20 Euros. I've carried it every day since and I've had no quality or durability issues. Go figure!
My fiancee has tried to get me to carry a Coach wallet, since she probably has half a dozen of the Coach purses. If this wallet gives out I'll probably try one out if I can find one reasonably priced. Their leather is very good quality, I'll give them credit on that.

Kevin with K&D Holsters is making wallets these days. They look really good.
I wish he had more pics on his site but 75.00 for a gator wallet isnt bad at all.
Personally, I like Oberon Designs. I just replaced mine after about 5 years, and that was because the pockets inside were beginning to tear.
I used a Cordura nylon wallet from REI for like 12 years. currently they have a nylon one from Eagle Creek for #17.50, looks good,

The STEWART STAND woven micro-mesh Stainless Steel fabric wallets.
They are usually priced about $90.00 though.
One added advantage. They block out RFID credit card readers so nobody can steal your credit card info off of your cards while they are in your wallet. Not sure how huge of a threat that is but, it's good to know. :biggrin2:
I don't have enough money in my beat up raggedy old leather wallet to buy one though.
I have been happy with the Fossil brand of wallets for a number of years now. They run about $25 and are made of good materials with good quality control. Any department store has them as well so you don't have to buy blind.
I like thin wallets. I searched the net and finally bought one of these. I've had it for 2 years now. It holds all my cards, licenses etc. with no problem and stays very thin. ALL-ETT Billfolds
My Tumi wallet has held up very well.
Just don't buy any Tumi products that have a wheel, frame, or anything mechanical. Their suitcases have gone to crap.
+1 for the Allett. The sailcloth is pretty tough and at $20 it's cheaper than some discount wallets.
