I like the secret compartments to hide my gun and flashlight stash from the wife!!!! Plus the drivers license window on the outside is really nice....and it wont scratch or fade after years of use.

    Thumbs up

    Hi guys,
I carry a Bill's Urban Wallet every day. It's a great product, room for cash, cards, pen or flashlight, small knife, pics of the kids, etc. I carry one in my camera bag too in order to organize the little stuff.
Bill just made a version to fit the iPhone too. Here's a pic of the Urban Wallet for iPhone...check it out if you have not already.

Sorry for the tiny pic, I guess my other pic is too big. Click the pic for a larger image.

Just bought a bifold Coach walletmade from water buffalo. Retailed for $138 (I think ) but was VERY lucky to find one at the outlets on sale for about $50 out the door.

So far so good. It seems like the water buffalo is thicker and stiffer than the typical (glove leather/lambskin ) type wallets I am used to.

Anyone know how water buffalo compares to cowhide and other leathers?

On the internet i found something that says cowhide it more durable but in my inital opinion is it is not.

Check out Dosh if you're looking for minimalist that lasts.

And if you've got to have leather, go with Saddleback Leather Co.

I wish he had more pics on his site but 75.00 for a gator wallet isnt bad at all.
I emailed him about the dimensions of the wallet, looks pretty good quality. I carry my wallet only in my front pocket so I need something that won't be uncomfortable.

I used to buy a new wallet every year until my wife & me was in Dillards & saw Bosca wallets which were very expensive compared to others I had. Now I have had same wallet for about 5 yrs & it is still in good shape. So the 150.00 Bosca has been well worth the extra it cost. I also have the Business Card Holder same age.

Bosca you can't go wrong with one

I ended up going with elephant. I chose gray but if there is not enough to do gray I will go with black. Should be here within 2 weeks. This will be my first "nice" wallet. KD Holsters' prices on wallets are very good compared to other ones I found.

Saddleback Leather. They are friends of mine. Quality items from a really good guy. His father was a preacher and Dave's personality reflects that character.
