I just went to both Coach and Tumi today as a result of reading this thread as I was also looking for a quality wallet...I decided to go with a Tumi Vector wallet...very sporty looking, PLENTY of room for cards/I.D.'s, and most importantly looks and feel extremely well made and just holding it I know it will last longer than any other wallet I've owned. The Coach wallet looked and felt very nice as well. I just liked the look of the Tumi. I don't think you can go wrong with either

Post some pictures when you get it... Would be cool to see.

Another vote for a Coach wallet. Make sure you check out the local Coach Outlet for a good discount on them.

Will do. I have two pieces of custom leather I'm waiting on a Black Ops Pro and a elephant wallet.

So far I'm pleased, I ordered the medium bifold and it seems nice, forced me to empty all the crap out of my old wallet too. Definitely a well built wallet.

Thanks I might actually try to make one myself.

I'm still waiting on my elephant wallet from K&D but called today to put in an order for an alligator clutch purse. The clutch purse is a gift for my mother in law.

K&D are some nice folks to talk over the phone with and can't wait to see my purchases.

I doubt this will help anyone but I happened to be in Lancaster Co., PA, and picked up a wallet at the Kitchen Kettle Village in their leather store seven years ago and it looks like I bought it yesterday. Couldn't tell you the make but it's the best wallet I've owned.

I like the Spec Ops THE WALLET

It is nylon but it is bulletproof and carries everything without a huge bulge.

I last bought a wallet more than ten years ago from JC Penny. It was of their "Stafford" house brand. Of course I wear it in a front pocket, so it never gets sat upon, and that has probably increased it's lifetim.

Sorry for the not so great quality I took these pictures quickly.

Overall the quality is pretty nice. I've never owned any kind of exotic leather. There is a removable "wallet" that will carry your cards and I.D. if you want to go slim.

The exterior is black elephant and interior is kangaroo.

The wallet is a little thicker then my normal wallet but that is okay I carry it in my front pocket.

I've had my $14 wallet from Wal-Mart about 6 years now, still looks new.. Can't see paying that much for a billfold.. LOL But if you got it to spend, go for it I guess.
