I just received my new Fenix LD20 today from an online retailer. I put 2 new AA's in it and checked it out. It sure is bright on max mode plus I like the strobe function. I believe it's just what I need around the house. The pocket clip is strong and the nylon belt holster appears to be well made. I don't think this is going to be my last Fenix light unless this on fails before I order another.
If you have one of these I'd like to here your comments. Thanks
I've owned half a dozen L1Ps, a couple of L1T, an L2P, a couple of L1Ds. Plus, I helped evaluate their first "tank" light...
With that in mind, I'd choose the "tactical" models (with "forward clicky") for anything remotely related to guns and/or CC. The L1T is a great choice: small, bright, simple to operate (to gimmicky "strobe" hidden in the interface, etc.). The TK.. series are also great lights, but they are considerably larger IMO. Not so convenient for pocket carry, for example.
