Laser Max problems

    Laser Max problems

    I have a laser max for my Glock 17 and I am wondering if anybody has experinced any trouble with them?
    I have......the little itty-bitty brass contact that turns the thing on is mashed back into the plastic cap that holds the batteries, so now laser will not come on.
    I have not had a chance to look at the warranty, or take it anywhere to be looked at so I dont even know if it is covered. Plus....,if it is covered under the warranty, I am not sure I want a new/replacement one because I have put MAYBE 100 rounds down range since I installed the laser, and I dont really want such a flimsy POS in my Glock.

    The contact pin is Stainless Steel with 24ct Gold over a Nickel flash, not brass. LaserMax has shipped hundreds of thousands of these internal lasers in the last 15 years with a significant percentage going to police and military.

    The pin might be tight in the cap and not floating as it should be as your sight is new.

    Call Bob or James at LaserMax customer service to solve your issue.
