Have been trolling the forums for some time. Just wanted to post about my experience with Crimson Trace.
Have been having problems with the CT on my Ruger LCP.
Sent an email to customer service and got a prompt and very helpful response. They are replacing my laser and I should have it in a couple of days.
Its nice to see a company that stands behind their products and goes the extra mile. Thats very rare these days.
Have a great day everyone!!

Bought the Ruger 3 months ago and had the CT put on. Beam was perfect until I fired about 20 rounds. Then it faded so badly you couldn't see it. Store replaced the battery.
I wanted to put it on my CCW so I went to qualify with it last week. I covered the beam for qualification. When I was done, the beam had faded. Almost impossible to see.
Emailed Crimson Trace, they think its a diode problem. Hopefully, this will get the issue resolved!
Glad to hear, I've had one for little over a year and if I should ever need service it will be taken care of promptly. Thanx for the post.
Always nice to hear when a company is taking care of their customers and standing behind they're product.

Customer service is something I like to know about before I purchase a product.

Accuracy ALWAYS WINS! So carry what you can hit with.
If you find yourself in a fair fight your tactics stink.
Never had first hand experience but I hear CT has customer service second to none!
A fellow range buddy had trouble with his 1911 grips about a month after he got them (to be honest I think he overtightened the adjustment screw). Contacted CT which ask all his info and apologized profusely for his inconvenience. 2 days later new grips arrived in the mail with return shipping label and pack! All he had to do was change the grips and put in pack, stick on label and hand to mailman.
I have had defender grips on my 340PD and it matters not what ammo I use the adjustment is rock solid. Couldn't be happier.
There is something about firing 4,200 thirty millimeter rounds/min that makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.
CT has great customer service...if you have issues and request it, they will send you a brand new unit and you just drop your old grips in there....they don't care if you leave out the batteries and everything.
Granted, they can afford to do this send their profit margins are HUGE...(laser/polymer grips are not even $100, but hey, that's capitalism for you)
Good customer service is everything!

They have very good customer service - I had weak batteries right out of the box, they sent new ones and told me if it didn't fix the problem, they would send a shipping label. I haven't had a problem since.
They are local to me, and they have excellent service!
