Have been trolling the forums for some time. Just wanted to post about my experience with Crimson Trace.
Have been having problems with the CT on my Ruger LCP.
Sent an email to customer service and got a prompt and very helpful response. They are replacing my laser and I should have it in a couple of days.
Its nice to see a company that stands behind their products and goes the extra mile. Thats very rare these days.
