My X-12 flash light quite working on me last week so I sent an e-mail to see what I should do.
I get a response with in the hour from the presedent who tells me to call him. He says he will get it fixed and back to me just as fast as he can.
They sent me a tracking number from UPS the day it shipped so I could track it.
5 days after I sent it off, it is back to me working great and they have one very happy customer. Bonus was it was all done for free.
They handeld everything very well and I would recomend them.
