A quick consultation with the Great Google using the search term "9mm 124 gr xtp load data" resulted in many hits. I would start there.
The 124 is only a 7% increase in bullet weight over the 115... this is where you have to use a little judicious interpolation. Looking at the Hornady manual, I see charge weights for a number of slower-burning powders lower by 10-15% for the 124 vs the 115 gr XTP, with similar OALs. Then looking at the Hodgdon powder site for 9mm loads with W231, you can see a progression of charge weights for bullets from 90 to 130 grains, but keep an eye on OAL as well. I think you can reach some safe and acceptable starting points to experiment with.
