    reloading brass

    has anyone ever tried or used Top Brass-New Brass, Processed .223, .308 for brass and bullets in .223. seems like a good deal to me . what do you think?

    I have not but I just bought 1k rounds from TJ Conevera's Inc.. I figure ~10% did not pass my inspection, but they do 'over fill' the order. At ~$30+ less w/ shipping you can't go wrong. I also bought the Winchester 55g fmbt and am very happy. If the website says they are out of brass, call them, I did and had the brass and bullets in 3 days.

    edit: This brass is cleaned but not sized

    Sounds very good. I've got my brass through Midway in the past, Winchester and Lapua. It will probably last me a few more years, but some of that brass on that site says once fired military, some say resized, etc. I've always bought new unfired cases personally.

    I ordered some military .308 cases from TopBrass last year. It ended up being mostly Lake City brass with some other foriegn mil spec brass too. Looks to be very good quality.
    They also accept checks which is a plus for me as I don't use credit cards.
