    Scrap yards are a better deal. Lead is below 15 cents a pound for wheel weights.

    I grab a few pounds of wheelweights fro free when I get new tires...

    Ebay has a surprising supply of good fluxed, ingot lead for sale. Ends up being about a dollar a pound w/shipping. I bought about 100 lbs this way last yr. Very pleased w/it.

    The guy that casts the bullets I buy gets his lead in 40,000 pound lots from a silver mine.... In the process of removing lead from the silver just a tad is left behind and that makes for a real nice hard and shiny bullet.....
