Teach me reloading (Oregon, Portland area)

Am looking to spend a few hours learning to reload from someone who is experienced and comfortable helping someone learn. Would like to learn about equipment, procedures, risks/caveats, pistol/rifle differences. Would like to end up knowing exactly what I'll need to purchase, in order to begin my own reloading bench.

Can supply own brass, and can cover costs of all materials consumed during the training.

Must be located within 100mi of Portland, Oregon, and be willing to teach.

    PM me, if interested.

Too bad I'm in New Mexico, I would be glad to teach ya!
To get the most comprehensive info on reloading get the book Modern Reloading by Richard Lee (2nd Edition). It can't be beat IMO.....

Also check out youtube for a lot of great reloading vids. My advice is just start. I bought a Lee kit and was up and running for less than $100. Then once you start to get the hang of it you can step up to something bigger/better. The Lee press is also a nice single stage press to have around even after you step up to a Dillon or RCBS or something. Just remember always follow published reloading data ang go with minimum charges at first and you should be safe. Oh, and get a bullet puller because you will screw up your first few rounds trying to get the hang of setting your seating depth. The Lee kit also comes with detailed instructions on how to setup and start reloading. Good luck
