Most manuals list bullseye for 38 and 45. I always like to have the manual by the bullet manufator of what ever bullet I am using. You can also get free load date from powder manufactor's web site. It is my worthless opinion that powder manufactors give loads that favor velocity over accuarcy. Bullet manufactors give data to enhance accuracy and bullet performance. That's why I almost always at least check bullet manufactor manual. Always check for latest data ( like bluedot just got not reccomended for a couple of loads).
Good people do not need laws to tell them to act responsibly, while bad people will find a way around laws. Plato
