What they are really trying to do is register all of our handguns by keeping track of the ammo we purchase. If the can collect names and addresses of who purchased what, and it goes into a database, we might as well send them a list of all the handguns we own.
How would this work if we all started loading our own cartridges?

You did see the 2008 date on that notice did you not? State legislation does not carry over from year to year. And just because a bill is filled does not mean it is going anywhere.
Missouri is on the list but the bill was never assigned to a committee nor will it be if introduced again.
This much ado about nothing, unless you live in the Peoples Republic of California or Illinois.

yea, these bills are always going around. i dont expect them to stick. TN defeated this one in 2008 shortly after it was introducced

Naturally, NY would be on any such list.
Of course Utah is not on that list, we have common sense and realize what kind of gun legislation is good and what is not.
