HB3125

Good luck Tennessee. It's an uphill battle but can be done. We got to the top in Arizona.

Two days ago, our Governor Bredesen vetoed the clarified Restaurant Carry bill.
The governor ignored his campaign promise to "sign restaurant carry into law". This bill (SB3012) was his chance to define and respect the reasonable and rightful ability for TN citizens to defend themselves against crime that can happen any time and anywhere - in a restaurant (remember the Luby's massacre in Killeen TX?) or between the restaurant and one's car.
Is your governor representing your concern for self defense? Is your legislator on the fence this time? Remember to contact your legislator to express your concern that he or she override this veto like the legislature did last May.

The senate voted to override the governor's veto, today - and we expect the house to override next.
Running here.
