I'm going to say Wisconsin. I still see some hope for Delaware and Illinois and some light for Maryland and Connecticut.
I think New Jersey, Hawaii, Mass, Cali and New York are lost causes.

Was a tough call between CT and WI. CT is "shall issue" by practice with non-residents so I don't see it taking too much effort to move the whole process in that direction.
IL needs to eject Mayor Daly from Chicago before they can even think about trying to change things there.

I have no idea if Wisconsin will be the next shall issue, I'd just like to see them do it as they are next door.

I didn't know, so I chose Delaware. I like Conn. too.

How about "none of the above"?

I chose Delaware. It is already a May Issue state, and their gun laws appear to be fairly pro gun.

I would like to see Wisconsin and Illinois because they are very close to Missouri.
I do believe Wisconsin will go before Illinois but I'm certainly not sure. I understand Wisconsin is making a stronger effort than Illinois is.

The WI and IL efforts are combined on some fronts. A lot of us here in IL are putting our eggs into trying to get CCW for WI first because we hope that IL will follow. People are driving north to attend rallys. The WI people have promised us the same help when the time comes that we need it.
I don't know about any of those other states, but WI is getting real close.

I think Delaware's recent recognition of other states' permits is an interesting advance, and suggests significant movement toward shall issue within the state.

Since I live here, I'll say Delaware!
Of course I haven't won the lottery yet either.
