All foreign treaties need a 2/3 vote of the Senate to validate.

Ok soooo? Most of the fear over this seems to be ungrounded anywise. I dough anything will come out of this other than some changes in how we import and export arms. I think the bigger concern is it being used as a protectionist act. (yes I know free trade is outside the scope of this form)
