I thought this poll was oddly worded. This case wasn't a challenge to America's RKBA; it was a challenge to the handgun laws violating the RKBA. The issue isn't settled. Even in states where the state-level constitution has a 2A analogue (some pre-dating the Bill of Rights), we have to fight for our RKBA all the time, precisely because the issue is never at rest.
The first choice in the poll, that this issue should be reserved to the states and municipalities, and should not have been incorporated against the states, is a completely separate issue from whether or not the "gun issue" and RKBA are settled law.
