Bloomturd has his Law Dep't already working on the pending lawsuits. He thinks his license policy is going to hold up. I think his stringent requirements may take a hit, but the ban on carrying out of one's home without good reason will hold up. Easy for him to say as he has like 12 armed Cops for an escort and Billions of dollars to buy as many more as needed. HYPOCRITE!
One more step and it's on!

This lawsuit will eat away at laws banning carry. If the government is barred from banning carry during an emergency, why shouldn't they be barred from banning carry when there is no emergency? It'll help further define what "bear arms" mean. It won't be limited to the home, much to the disappointment of NY,NJ,MD,IL, and CA.
"The right of the whole people, old and young, men, women and boys, and not militia only, to keep and bear arms of every description, not such merely as are used by the militia, shall not be infringed, curtailed, or broken in upon, in the smallest degree..."
    Nunn v. State GA 1848
