HAPPY NEW YEAR
.22 pistols are too dangerous guys, lets turn em all in now so we don't hurt ourselves, give me a break this is BS pure and simple, the 2A does not give the right to keep and bear arms except for the ones listed below, it means ANY gun folks, this is rediculous
"The value you put on the lost will be determined by the sacrifice you are willing to make to seek them until they are found."
Almost all of them have been out of business for 100 years or more, interesting they would ban Daisy but not Crossman or Sheridan got to watch out for those lethal Red Ryders.
When you have to shoot, shoot. Don't talk.

What a 'Crock of Politicians'...can I substitute politicians for that word?
"That I cannot do."
"Give this to, uh, Clemenza. I want reliable people, people who aren't going to be carried away. After all we're not murderers in spite of what this undertaker thinks."

Sig Sauer P250 2Sum 9mm, P250c 9mm - Glock 23 - Springfield Armory Loaded .45, XD Service 9mm - Ruger LCP, LCR, Smith & Wesson 638
Now thats interesting! Kind of makes you wonder who thought this list up?Sig Sauer — Mosquito only
If I put a .22 conversion kit in my 226, does that make it an "unsafe" weapon??
EOD - Initial success or total failure
I am surprised they didn't say all guns are unsafe.
They left off the "Phased Plasma Rifle in the 40watt range."
There ya go........
"The Second Amendment: America's Original Homeland Security"
Of the modern design current production weapons on the list are there any other besides the Mosquito with an MSRP over $300?
Back when Maryland adopted their list they basically figured out what they wanted to ban and found characteristics ( weight, caliber etc.) common to what they wanted to ban. It is basically financial discrimination because they just ban the weapons with the lowest price tags. This of course prevents lower income folks from being able to arm themselves as easily.
