I have to admit, I know next to nothing about 'who's who' when it comes to constitutional law attorneys.
Just hoping 'our team' is on the ball here.
Some are saying that the timeline looks to be about 2 years as this works its way up through the Federal Court system.
The 'Complaint' is well-worth reading.

Not sure about the timeline. All of the states served with a CCW lawsuit have just tried to delay as long as possible thus far. Palmer v. DC probably should have been through the DC circuit by now but the judge can't seem to make a ruling one way or the other. There's also the possibility another CCW case gets to SCOTUS and ends up mooting the other cases.

This appears to be similar to the NY lawsuit being handled by Alan Gura that challenges the requirement that an individual demonstrate extraordinary need in order to receive an unrestricted license. Hopefully one these suits will have a successful outcome and open the door for the real exercise of 2nd Amendment freedoms by citizens living in NY, NY and elsewhere.

I joined the SAF last week. It's awesome what they're doing for us in the states that restrict our rights.
They make it easy to join, send them 15 bucks via paypal. They sent me stuff I didn't expect, including a copy of the book "From Luby's to the Legislature".

I think throwing money even in small amounts to GOA and SAF are well worth the investment in 2nd A now and in the future.
