Carrying a gun on New Hampshire's House floor is OK for the first time in 40 years under new rules the Republican-dominated chamber adopted Wednesday.
Glad to see that visitors can once again protect themselves while in the statehouse. Even more elated to see that members of the House will be able to protect themselves "at work".

My county recently passed a similar law, good to see these state and local governments actually showing some common sense. Now if I did not have to lock my gun in the car when I go t the post office, I would be good to go.
I'd rather be lucky than good any day

Majority rule only works if you're also considering individual rights. Because you can't have five wolves and one sheep voting on what to have for supper.

This is temporary until a Liberal or fake Republicant gets in power and changes it again.

True, but you can't get away with that too many times.
Whoever re-instates the ban is going to be irking a lot of people on both sides of the aisle who have gotten used to carrying in the building.
I think it's smart to do this early in the legislative session so that there is a longer period of time before it can be undone.
The more it becomes routine and nothing bad happens because of it, the harder it will be to undo.

Not what I expected. Actually changed for the better I figured we would see a ban or another limitation before giving more privlage.
