Dear Senator Clinton.....
I just wrote the following letter in a very "stream of consciousness" type of mode. It's a first draft and I expect there are many errors in spelling, punctuation and such. Please ignore as they will be corrected before being sent out.
Though I am going to attach my name to it, I realize the letter may reflect the way many other people feel, so I am open to any constructive criticism that you may want to offer. Please do not be offended if the final draft does not include your suggestions.
I'm heading out for the better part of the day, will check back tonight.
Enjoy...........
Dear Senator Clinton,
I am writing you to ask that you please reconsider your stance
on issues involving the Second Amendment in New York state. As a
law abiding citizen of The United States Of America, I find it insulting
that you do not think that I should be able to defend my life or the lives
of those I love with the Rights that I am entitled to under the Second
Amendment. Furthermore, it's upsetting to constantly see your name
next to a checkmarked "NO", on any pro 2A legislation. Please vote
knowing that your vote affects lives. Yes, it is tragic when a child is
killed while playing with a loaded gun. Is it any less tragic when a
woman is raped at knifepoint? Is it any less tragic when a father is
killed for a few dollars? I submit that it is not. Bad things happen to
good people all the time. Why do you feel the need to deny people
of their right to defend themselves?
Gun laws are only effective when people obey the law. I think that we
can both agree, that, by nature, criminals do not obey laws. So I ask,
who is effected by gun laws? Would you not agree that it is cruel to
de-claw a cat and set it free in the wild unable to defend itself? I find
it difficult to believe that you would place less value on the life of a
human being, than that of a cat.
14 deaths in 13 days? Correct me if I am wrong but, does Washington
D.C. not boast having some of the toughest gun laws in the Country?
Congratulations, while not scientific fact, I believe the recent events in
Washington D.C. speak VOLUMES about how ineffective your gun
laws are. Just another 14 cases of criminals doing what criminals do and
good people doing what they do....being victims. Everyone involved
played their rolls to a "T". That includes the Police. Police Officers
RESPOND to crimes. Rarely do Police Officers know where or when
a crime is going to take place, making it near impossible for them to
PREVENT crimes. I know that you are not but, you really should be
ashamed of yourself. In my eyes, the laws you helped pass led to the
deaths of those poor people. I find it reprehensible that criminals are
freely enjoying the rights that I am entitled to, while I am forced to obey
laws that I completely disagree with. If you truely believe in equality, then
why do you deny the citizens of New York the same rights that most other
states grant to their citizens?
I would also like to congratulate you on ridding the State of New York of
1 more family. The very moment my wife retires, we shall be seeking
residence in a State that respects our rights as American citizens.
Curtly Yours,
Paul Coletti

That is a fantastic & beautifully written letter. It's a shame that it's just going to end up in the Liberal Left Cylindrical File because she could not give one damn about what you think.
It's a shame to waste such a nicely written letter.
Have you mailed a few copies off to some local newspapers?

It's great, but she doesn't give a flying !@#@#$.
She's so !@#$#@#$% that she wouldn't even "allow" ordinary citizens to defend their lives with firearms if SHE were robbed.
She'd be all for protection by firearm then...but only for HER and her chosen few.
Oh...there goes the blood pressure....time to get offline.....

I have wriiten and emailed her several times, and have never received even an acknowledgment from her office. She could care less about gun owners, since most do not vote for her. Her and the rest of the liberal democratic ilk will move to disarm all of us if she is elected President. Unfortunately there are mindless gun owners in New York State (I know a few) who will vote strictly party line, even if it's a monkey, which helped put her in office.

distortion9 I agree with everything that you have said but fear that the liberal left is not listening. I fear that writing senator klinton is an exercise is futility.

DA NY residents that voted her into office should be held liable for part of her supidity.

No amount of argument or persuasion, no matter how well written, will sway or influence the the thoughts of that "woman" and her vision for one world government.
Waste of time and effort.
You can't imagine the wild parties that were thrown here when those two marxist communist UN loving heathens left the state.

Hey guy's, I'm back....
Yup, I do know that this letter will solve or change nothing. To be perfectly honest though....it doesn't matter. It makes ME feel better having written it, I don't see it as a waste of time but, more like.....therapy, lol. I have a few more ideas that I would like to include in the letter and should have the final draft done tomorrow. I do plan on sending a copy to my local paper.
Thank you all for reading. When the final draft is done, I invite you all to share the letter with others as you see fit. Again, it's as much yours as it is mine.

My only question remains, how in the hell did she ever get elected! Not even a resident of the state except for the prescribed minimum of time to be classed a resident, But the people voted for her, unbelievable

Let's not forget about her Yankee and Met caps.....one of EACH.
I seriously thought my fellow NY'ers would have seen right through her crap.

IF Hiliary runs you're not going to hear the word GUN!!
She's very astute and aware of the current State political and leglislative opinion of guns. It's now what? 40 states are "shall issue"?
Bill will keep her clear of the issue and no one will pin her down.
Billary was my Senator when I lived in NY. I escaped too.

You speak many a truth...! IF there was any chance in her actually ever reading it I would take a slightly different approach on it...
I would certainly point out all the fact of where the laws she currently suports only breed more criminal activity... and that she is privy to having armed security, (I guess that makes her life more important then ours...), BUT, I would not assign blame... I would make it open ended showing her that she CAN make a positive difference for ALL...
When anyone engages in a Debate/Argument/Conversation... The 1st time you assign blame or indicate some sort of offensive comment, the other Person/Party will not hear anything else you have to say...
A normal reaction is for the person/party to become defensive or take the defensive posture...
If you approach it from the angle that she CAN make a difference and make her feel like she can LEAD the team to an Win/Win victory it will seem to her that you are trying to help her and that she will feel your letter was written with not only intelligence but well thought out.
She may be a WhoreBag, but you can set the tempo of this conversation...
I LOVE this state... I hate the gun laws...
oh... and its Affected, not Effected... (In your letter)

Great letter but I know how she will reply (if she does):
Peon,
Who do you think you are? I am your god, I am your queen, bow before me and just be glad that I will spare your life, for awhile anyway.
Your god/queen,
Hiliary Clinton
