Capitol One is a bunch of dirty rotten scoundrels. They treat their customers horribly in every way. They do everything to nickel and dime you too.
Definitely not good people to have a credit card with, or any other type of account either.

Old news friend. Capitol One has been donating money to the FREAKIEST fringe charities for years. I cancelled my card 7 or 8 years ago.
Bank of Cabelas for me my friend.
A 9mm might expand but a .45 will never shrink enough to fit 17 in the magazine.

I had a card with them for a month. They restricted use of my card for paying early and said I commited fraud because I paid the bill ftom two accounts.

I agree. My credit is shot and they were the only ones to approve me for a card, still wish I never heard of them with all the hassles they put me through. I did find a local bank that was willing to give me a chance and so I'm happyOriginally Posted by Hiram25

Here is the best advice! Do not get in any debt and have to require a Cap One or any other super mega corruptobankcard.
If you are a veteran or vet family member I highly recommend USAA. They would never pull some bullstink like this.
