For who? The victim or the BG?

Never heard of a career BG filing income taxes based on their...winnings.

Wow, a one dollar tax on bullets as a way to stop gang bangers: What a wonderful idea-not. Baltimore has been in its death throes for decades and recent Baltimore mayors have all been sad jokes: This guy would be a worthy successor to former Baltimore mayors like Curt Schmoke.

The incredible stupidity of some politicians fascinates me, does he really believe people will only buy ammo in Baltimore rather than just going to the next town and stocking up without the “tax”.

    The BG of course.

And just like they won't just drive out of the city to get their bullets or just steal them from somewhere.

I think they need a BS tax to put a lid on goofball rhetoric instead.

Just thought I'd add my own sarcasm to it.

So, is there a place like united rentals that rents guns to thugs? Or maybe, they can just borrow them from the local community gun library... Whaaaaaattttt?

    You didn't get the memo?

Avis and Enterprise are expanding their selection.
