Wow, the comments on that story were entertaining.

At least there were a few reasonable responses among the noise.
The only common sense gun legislation was written about 226 years ago.

I carry always not because I go places trouble is likely, but because trouble has a habit of not staying in its assigned zone.

At least now, all the surrounding suburbs around Detroit can get some peace and quiet.

Don't ever think that the reason I'm peaceful is because I don't know how to be violent

I thought the suppressors were a Federal thingy (no pun).

    Grasseater // Grass~eat~er noun, often attributive \ˈgras-ē-tər\
A person who is incapable of independent thought; a person who is herd animal-like in behavior; one who cannot distinguish between right and wrong; a foolish person.

They are. They do leave legal ownership up to the state of residence, thats why they are legal in most states, but not in others.

Each state does their own thing with them. Some states allow you to hunt with them. Others dont. Some states allow only FFL's to have them.
There are 50 different sets of rules.

The NFA act, is one of the most rumored, mis understood acts that there is. There is so much speculation, lies and half truths that its hard to get the facts on it without reading the act itself...and in the true fashion of most things Federal, even the ATF sometimes screws it up.
Universal Background Checks...the next step towards registration and confiscation.
