Right now you only have to worry about who is going to protect your family from the criminal who does not obey gun laws or any other law for that matter you dumb twit.

You don't want the citizens of California to be able to protect themselves or you would model the ability to get a CCW permit after a state like Florida.

Last spring, a fed judge ruled against us, in favor of Yuba County in Nor Cal, regarding the "may issue" discretion (or lack of such) used by the Yolo sheriff when issuing CCWs. The excuse was that we had the option of unloaded open carry. With this new law banning such, that judge now has to revisit that ruling. By banning UOC in CA, our legislature has accidentally backed us into becoming a virtual shall issue state. Also, we are working to rephrase CCW into LTC (license to carry) since that new law does allow anyone with a carry permit to open carry as well as concealed carry.

Unfortunately the ones escaping are heading to places like Colorado and the Montana Big Sky Country, and taking their liberal BS with them.

I feel bad for them but there are 49 other states to move to and most of them have more freedom than Kalifornia.
