Yes, it's directed at Jersey residents.
But it's also a good summation of many of the gun-rights issues being debated across our land.

Very good. I wasn't aware of all those issues in NJ. Glad I don't live there

Wow. My sympathies to the OP and the good Americans longing to be free who are stuck in Nazi Jersey.
There is a Washington Post reporter doing a series on what it takes to buy a gun in D.C. I'll see if I can find a link.
oops I guess it's the Washington Times. Here are the first 3 installments:

MILLER: Inside D.C.'s gun registry - Washington Times
MILLER: Steps to gun ownership in D.C. - Washington Times

All those requirements are only in effect on those days that end in a "y," so I don't see a problem, do you?

Even if they had perfect gun law's I wouldn't live there. Any place that keeps electing the likes of Frank Lautenburg is not going to elect Pro 2A politicians.

The only thing I can say is that I'm very happy that my LEOSA HR-218 permit allows me to carry in NJ, still using Hollow Point ammo which is banned there, I can also use my larger mags, which are also banned there.

Florio and Thorazine did a job on NJ gunowners. Whitman was not a big help either. Had no idea NJ was rabidly anti- gun until i worked there in fall of 96 to spring of 98. Made the mistake of taking a S&W model 10 revolver with me to NJ. When i discovered the penalty for my boo-boo; it went into the deep drink.

Wow, unfortunately nobody respects the constitution anymore. As the leader of our country called it, "some rigid idea of what government could or could not do."

Here in Jersey, we fear both the criminal and the State.
It's a sad state of affairs.

Why don't the voters fire the current regime and elect some legislators who are Second Amendment friendly?
