Heve heard of this guy but never googled him up until now. Ready was court-martialed twice in the USMC and got a bad conduct discharge. i can't understand why anyone would stand with this low life.

So apparently Arizona overlooks a dishonorable discharge in firearm purchasing/ownership!?
Here in Jersey I believe that disqualifies you...at least from purchasing.
(It's definitely a question in the paperwork.)

BCD and OTH discharges are dishonorable discharges but not and actual "dishonorable" discharge which is referred on the paperwork. But then again, Jersey is a disqualifying state.Originally Posted by Brass63
