I feel for the people in NJ and other states who have no right to carry. And I understand why they would want to bring a suit to try to remedy the situation. But imagine that it does, in fact, get to the US Supreme Court and the ruling goes the wrong way. Now everyone is screwed! If it were up to me I wouldn't be kicking the sleeping dog.

At some point and time SCOTUS will have to address the right to carry outside home/business.
It may as well be this NJ case.
It seems to be the best formulated and clear-cut of all the cases winding their way up through the appeal process.
