    I don't guite know how things work in Illinois, but if they're not registered, how are the agencies that be, going to know where these ol' bad rifles are?

    You would not be able to sell it, give it to anyone or the like, I assume.

    I think Great Britan will have less stringent laws petaining to firearms in the near future than Ill.
