Blame it on Sixto - now that is a viable plan.

I'm just one root in a grassroots organization. No one should assume that I speak for the VCDL.

I am neither an attorney-at-law nor I do play one on television or on the internet. No one should assumes my opinion is legal advice.

So does this mean the impending doom of "shall issue" and maybe even the whole idea of issuing permits for concealed carry at all (constitutuional carry)?

Congrats Maryland! Keep the pressure on.

I love the Brady Bunch response..."this ruling goes beyond the norm and will be reversed"...

In what world is upholding the Constitution "beyond the norm"???
