Thread title is misleading.
They are not allowed at the convention, they are allowed on the streets surrounding the convention.
Big difference.
Just remember that shot placement is much more important with what you carry than how big a bang you get with each trigger pull.

He is really worried about making his city look "silly"? Yeah, that would be more important to me than safety or the decisions that would be made based on the meeting. Wow.
So if there is no reason to have a concealed firearm, then there should be no reason to ban super soakers, poles and bottles either, right?
