So from this it would seem there are DHS analysts that just sit around all day checking out all the blogs and forums and news sites all day long, looking for naughty words.

Where do I sign up for that job?!

I can't even imagine scanning the entire Internet for hundreds of various assorted key words.
It would seem that you would get so much material that it would be impossible to process it all.
It would all flood in...in quantities like the # of grains of sand on a beach.

A troublemaker would be sure to post just one of those words in every post they make, just to give big brother something to do

There is a good side to them being able to do that if they really are able to do it. I'm sure that they have foiled the plans of some really bad and potentially dangerous threats by tracking their communications. I don't think they are too interested in the never-ending 9mm VS the .45 acp stopping power debate.

Well, looks like I gotta have the 7 yr. old fortify the bunker at the compound, while his sisters man the 50 cal. machine gun tower, while their mother double checks the security codes on the missile silos.

I wonder if they just have a full time person assigned to forums like this. Let's all wave to this person. Have a nice day government man/woman.

I like this forum, but if I had to read all the threads and monitor it 24/7, I would be bored to tears. No offense.
