Maybe the shooters are sitting in their living rooms and just targeting people walking by. That has to be the explanation. Anything else would mean that those laws don't work!

Yeah, and the criminals also know the vast majority of victims outside their homes are completely incapable of mounting an effective defense.

It must be truly embarrassing to be a politico in Chicago, given the inability to justify why they disarm upstanding citizens and can't effectively disarm criminals. (In other words: it ain't the gun that's the problem; it's the criminal empowerment zone of Illinois.)
